Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a Collections Associate in Missouri to support loan portfolios by applying collection policies and procedures and maintaining knowledge of manuals and applicable law. You will collaborate with loan officers to pursue collections and initiate contact with delinquent customers as needed.

The role involves reviewing delinquency reports, following established procedures, and performing additional duties as assigned to ensure timely recovery and compliance.

• Collaborate with loan officers for collection purposes.
• Retrieve delinquency reports and make initial contact with delinquent loan customers via telephone, letter, or face-to-face.
