Labcorp in North Carolina seeks a Program Director, Consumer Health to lead cross-functional execution from deal development through onboarding and early-life support. You will coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and Corporate Development to translate customer commitments into a coordinated implementation plan.

The role requires strong program leadership, strategic thinking, and comfort engaging with VP-level and external executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, or operations.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, commercial operations, customer implementation or business development operations.
• PMP certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end program management for Consumer Health opportunities from deal development through onboarding.
• Translate commercial objectives into integrated workplans with milestones and owners.
• Establish governance and executive reporting for each opportunity.
