Qualifications

Experience: 3–7+ years (flexible) in consumer finance and/or mortgage litigation, including defense of individual and class actions.Substantive Exposure: Truth in Lending Act (TILA), TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and federal/state UDAAP laws.Skills: Excellent writing, strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and solid academic credentials.Licensure: Active bar license in the office location for which you wish to be considered (NY for New York; CA for Los Angeles; PA/DC/CO for Philadelphia/Washington, DC/Denver).
