The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience, and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is preferred.
• FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA experience is advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise juniors.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings in state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy, and support investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a nationally coordinated team.
