Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in furniture product development, merchandising, or related areas.
• Experience leading products from concept to launch and working with retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for national retail partner programs.
• Collaborate with retailer merchants, product teams, and account leaders to translate strategies into briefs.
• Develop roadmaps, manage stage-gate processes, and ensure timely launches.
• Guide cross-functional teams across design, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and more.
• Evaluate category performance and drive continuous improvement.
