This position requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), as created under the federal S.A.F.E. Act.

• Proven closer with consistent monthly production

The compensation for this position is commission based and determined by the individual's production. In addition to commission, the position will pay an hourly rate equal to the local minimum wage.
