J.P. Morgan Chase's Consumer and Community Bank Strategy team is seeking an Associate to advance high-priority projects on senior management's agenda.
You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners, rotate across lines of business, and influence strategic decisions in growth, market entry, and partnerships. You will work with data science, finance, product, and marketing teams to deliver analyses and strategic recommendations, while contributing to CEO-level communications.

As an Associate on the CCB Strategy team, you will be involved in high-priority projects that are at the top of our senior management's agenda at the forefront of the industry. These projects are team-based and will require you to collaborate extensively with senior executives and cross-functional business partners. You will also have the opportunity to rotate across Chase's lines of business and functional groups, including Consumer & Business Banking, Credit Card & Connected Commerce, Home & Auto Lending, Wealth Management, Product & Technology, HR, and Operations.
