As a Senior Associate, you will work on high-priority projects at the top of our leadership agenda, collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional partners across Chase's lines of business. You will rotate across Chase's businesses—Consumer & Business Banking, Credit Card & Connected Commerce, Home & Auto

Qualifications

• 5+ years of diverse problem solving and executive communications experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or internal strategy roles.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure complex problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new subjects quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive CCB strategic initiatives/projects including growth strategies, new product launches, market entry opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions, and cross-line projects.
• Serve as an objective thought partner to senior leaders and collaborate with teams across LOBs and functions (data science, finance, product, marketing).
• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top CCB priorities.
• Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses and present findings and recommendations.
• Analyze operational and financial data.
• Research industry landscape to evaluate opportunities and identify trends.
• Support creation of CEO-level executive communications.
