JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Vice President for the Consumer and Community Banking Strategy team to lead high-priority initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and rotate across lines of business. This role provides a unique opportunity to help lead a portfolio of high-impact strategic initiatives within J.P. Morgan Chase’s Consumer and Community Bank (CCB), partnering closely with senior leadership across the firm. When someone joins the Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) Strategy team, they become part of a highly collaborative team that prioritizes learning, professional development, and mentorship.
As a Vice President in the CCB Strategy team, you will take the lead in managing high priority projects that are at the forefront of the industry. You will build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, manage and develop a team, and collaborate closely with senior executives to drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, assessing new product launches, evaluating new market entry opportunities, exploring partnerships and acquisitions, and initiating cross-line of business projects. In addition, you will have the opportunity to rotate across Chase's lines of business and functional groups, including Consumer & Business Banking, Credit Card & Connected Commerce, Wealth Management, Home & Auto Lending, Product & Technology, HR, and Operations.
