Job summary

Infosys in Washington, DC seeks a Domain Consultant 2 to analyze client business processes, align with industry standards, and document system configurations for financial services projects.

You will perform benchmarking, research third‑party products, and coordinate solution deployments while maintaining SOPs and cross‑functional collaboration across teams. Bachelor’s degree required; relocation/travel may be needed; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute.
• Relocation and/or travel may be required to work/project location.

• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector.
• Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector.
• Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post‑implementation.

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Deposits/Lending/online banking or Customer onboarding/KYC process.
• Experience in business analysis by gathering detailed requirements and translating them into actionable technical scope and objectives.
• Experience in creating conceptual designs and secure alignment with business and technology stakeholders, including maintenance intakes.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Experience working cross‑functionally with Risk, Finance, Business and Tech teams, particularly on Consent Order and regulatory initiatives.
• Experience in performing data flow research and analyzing data sources to design data mapping and transformation solutions.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
