Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Business Analyst for the Analytics - Financial Services unit in the United States. The role focuses on analyzing client processes, benchmarking, and coordinating cross‑functional technical work to deliver compliant, scalable solutions in banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.

The candidate will document requirements, support implementation, and conduct product research to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices
• Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain‑specific insights
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector
• Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post‑implementation

Area Of Responsibility

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry‑specific standards and best practices

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Deposits/Lending/online banking or Customer onboarding/KYC process
• Experience in business analysis by gathering detailed requirements and translating them into actionable technical scope and objectives
• Experience in creating conceptual designs and secure alignment with business and technology stakeholders, including maintenance intakes

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience working cross‑functionally with Risk, Finance, Business and Tech teams, particularly on Consent Order and regulatory initiatives
• Experience in performing data flow research and analyze data sources to design data mapping and transformation solutions.
