Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with opening and closing accounts and resolve account questions.
• Handle inquiries and correspondence related to customer accounts and issues.
• Support tellers with day-to-day transactions as needed to boost location productivity.
• Maintain customer relations and security of account information while addressing concerns.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services to educate customers.
