GENERAL FUNCTION
This role will provide an exceptional customer experience by maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers while supporting the bank's marketing initiatives across the full range of Fifth Third banking products and services over the phone. The Consumer Banker III will help customers address their financial needs by utilizing a consultative approach in which the banker will provide solutions that span across the customer's lifecycle.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
