Ensures staff understand and remain focused on department goals and objectives. Interacts with other members of management, including senior management at the Reserve Bank, Board of Governors, or other regulators, to resolve escalated issues and/or provide continuous improvement recommendations related to department functions, policies, and processes to minimize risks. May provide project management or other support for District, System, or interagency task forces and committees, often handling diverse stakeholder groups.
