Job summary

Lecangs Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor follow-up for operational consumables across our warehouse network in the U.S. You will maintain procurement reports and identify cost/objective improvements.

The role requires data-savvy candidates with strong Excel skills, ability to communicate across teams, and a bilingual English/Chinese preference. Excellent exposure to a fast-growing logistics environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–6 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong Excel capability with pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data cleaning; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of consumables across warehouse network.
• Support procurement balancing local needs with centralized cost control.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard suppliers; negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, MOQs.
