Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to client needs and market dynamics. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions, from entry-level to executive. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify passive and active candidates. Conduct market intelligence and provide insights on talent trends to clients. Oversee candidate selection processes, including reference checks and offer negotiations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices. Collaborate with the consulting team to deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting. Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including executive search. In-depth knowledge of the Mexican labor market and talent landscape. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential. Experience working in a consulting or agency environment is highly preferred.
