Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Senior Network Architect to lead enterprise networking and cloud modernization projects. You will guide large-scale migrations, design secure hybrid architectures, and partner with Retail and Hospitality clients in Fortune 500 settings.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in tech integration, TOGAF familiarity, and strong presentation skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred and certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in related field (tech integrator/OEM/retail/hospitality).
• Expertise in branch and cloud networking, secure architectures, hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity.
• Experience guiding customers through complex network migrations and transformations.
• Subject-matter expert in at least 2 critical parts of infrastructure.
• Industry certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, MCSE, AWS, Azure, GCP are a plus.
• Sales-facing experience in Fortune 500 environments with tech leadership.
• Architectural training or TOGAF/UAM valued but not required.
• Familiarity with ML/AI, automation, and cloud tech incl. containers and Kubernetes.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to learn tech spaces quickly.
• Relationships in Retail/Hospitality tech supply chain (OEM).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and prospects to gain trusted advisor status.
• Create plans and strategies with account teams to educate prospects on OEM and services portfolio.
• Drive gross profit by proposing solution designs and architectures.
• Focus on ATC Lab engagements and AI Proving Ground as catalysts for business.
• Own OEM engagements in the assigned client area, incl. Retail/Hospitality where applicable.
• Gain trust by meeting IT, LOB, Security and other resources with clear objectives.
• Coordinate WWT resources to drive campaigns and win large opportunities.
• Develop a personal plan and stay current with vertical trends and use cases.

Job description

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field at a technology integrator, OEM, or Retail or Hospitality client environment
• Architectural and technical expertise in branch and cloud networking, including secure network architectures, hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity, data center networking, and modern enterprise network infrastructure.
• Proven experience guiding customers through complex network migrations, including branch modernization, cloud networking adoption, and secure infrastructure transformation.
• Deep skills and knowledge as an SME in 2 or more critical parts of infrastructure.
• Industry-level certifications including CCIE, CISSP, CDP, MCSE AWS, Azure, GCP are a plus.
• Experience calling on and deploying technology solutions in a sales environment in Fortune 500 settings, interacting with Tech and IT leadership.
• Architectural training and or experience in common methodologies including TOGAF UAM and others are highly valued but not required.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, AI, Automation end user experience and service management technologies along with cloud technologies including containers, Kubernetes, cloud native services, storage, networking and commercial models at a high level.
• Strong presentation skills, able to learn tech spaces at extreme pace at times.
• Strong relationships with in Retail and Hospitality space and tech supply chain (OEM)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree strongly preferred

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
