The Red Hat Consulting Services team is looking for a Services Sales Manager to join us remotely in the Southeastern U.S. In this role, you will develop, cultivate, and manage relationships within key enterprise and commercial customer accounts. You will oversee the successful sales of critical consulting services projects, learning and technical account management services portfolio, and collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure successful delivery of projects from kickoff to closeout in support of future sales. The selling process includes pipeline generation through customer and account team engagement, determining scope details and pricing alongside account team, services pre-sales, and architect teams. You will also lead and partner with delivery to monitor project progress, ensuring it meets customer expectations and contractual agreements for extensions, cross-sell, and upsell. Additionally, you will identify and qualify new services business opportunities and work with Red Hat’s sales organization to develop account strategies that promote revenue growth. As a Territory Services Manager, you will partner with Red Hat’s account sales representatives to guide consulting sales opportunities from qualification to closing, managing all assigned projects and resources to meet revenue, margin, and booking goals. A solid foundation of technical knowledge, sales skills, and project management experience is essential to collaborate effectively with delivery teams and support ongoing sales efforts.

The salary range for this position is $216,990.00 - $358,000.00, based on qualifications. Actual offers will depend on experience and skills.
