The Red Hat Consulting Services team is seeking a Services Sales Manager to work remotely in the Southeastern U.S. In this role, you will develop and manage relationships within key enterprise and commercial customer accounts, oversee the sales of consulting services projects, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery from kickoff to closeout. Your responsibilities include pipeline generation, scope and pricing determination, leadership in project monitoring, and identifying new business opportunities. You will partner with sales representatives to guide consulting sales from qualification to closing, managing projects and resources to meet revenue, margin, and booking goals.
Within 12 months, you will be expected to sell and manage complex solutions, grow revenue, manage escalations, and negotiate agreements.
The salary range is $216,990 - $358,000, based on qualifications. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and additional perks. These benefits apply to full-time, permanent associates in the U.S.
