About The Job

The Red Hat Consulting Services team is seeking a Services Sales Manager to work remotely in the Southeastern U.S. In this role, you will develop and manage relationships with key enterprise and commercial customer accounts, oversee the sales of consulting services projects, and collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish. Your responsibilities include pipeline generation, scope and pricing negotiations, leadership in project monitoring, and working with sales to identify new business opportunities. You will partner with Red Hat’s sales team to guide consulting opportunities from qualification to closing, ensuring project and resource management aligns with revenue and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of large enterprise and commercial accounts.
• Sell Red Hat's services and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop internal partnerships to grow your territory and pipeline.
• Design and implement technical and business solutions using core Red Hat technologies.
• Provide accurate revenue and booking forecasts regularly.
• Manage booking goals and ensure project delivery success.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and foster a collaborative environment.

Within 12 Months, You Will

• Sell and manage complex multi-product solutions.
• Achieve revenue growth targets quarterly.
• Handle escalations independently.
• Negotiate master service agreements and statements of work.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with technical or business consulting background.
• Experience managing customer relationships and project delivery.
• Ability to architect complex solutions across multiple offerings.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and internal teams regularly.
