Job Responsibilities

Providing expert support and consulting for the Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting with various departments such as patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years in an healthcare IS setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations of revenue cycle systems
• Minimum 3 years of Soarian application experience
• Proficiency with HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle processes

Additional Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Soarian interfaces and third-party applications
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Customer service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with industry tools like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Patient Keeper is a plus
