Job Responsibilities

Providing expert support and consulting for the Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting with various departments, and supporting system implementations and optimizations.

Minimum Education/Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare IT setting
• Experience with two full lifecycle implementations
• At least 3 years of Soarian application experience

Additional Skills

• Proficiency in HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle processes
• Ability to troubleshoot interfaces and third-party applications
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Accountabilities

Customer service, teamwork, solution design, performance improvement, technical support, reporting, training, and on-call duties.
