Job summary

Bi3 Careers seeks a Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM Program Management Consultant to lead a critical migration from QuickBooks Enterprise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will serve as the migration SME and support Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP/CRM integration, change management, and user adoption.

In this migration-first leadership role, you’ll coordinate data mapping, validation, cutover, and go-live while partnering with Finance, Sales, IT, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP implementation, migration, or business systems transformation experience.
• Direct experience leading at least one QuickBooks Enterprise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central migration.
• Hands-on QuickBooks Enterprise data extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, validation, and financial reconciliation.
• Proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
• Experience implementing and driving adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong ERP/CRM integration and master data management experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, inventory management, sales operations, and business processes.
• Experience managing implementation vendors and consulting partners.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full migration from QuickBooks Enterprise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Own migration planning, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization
• Manage migration of financial, customer, vendor, inventory, transactional, and reporting data
• Ensure Business Central configuration supports operational and financial requirements
• Support implementation and adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM
• Ensure integration and synchronization between Business Central and Dynamics 365 CRM
• Manage implementation vendors and external consultants
• Coordinate UAT, training, change management, and user readiness
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, executive leadership, and the parent company’s Dynamics team
• Provide executive-level status updates, risk management, and recommendations

Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM Program Management Consultant

An experienced Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM Consultant is needed to lead a critical migration from QuickBooks Enterprise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This is a migration-first leadership role. The consultant will serve as the primary subject matter expert for the QuickBooks Enterprise conversion while also supporting Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, ERP/CRM integration, change management, and user adoption.

Required Qualifications

Preferred

• Experience integrating an affiliate, subsidiary, or acquired company into an existing ERP environment
• Diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, distribution, or other inventory-intensive industry experience
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications
• Power BI experience
• PMP, Agile, or Prosci certification

Critical Requirement

Candidates must have direct experience leading a QuickBooks Enterprise to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central migration. Candidates without this specific migration experience will not be considered.
