Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver large, complex initiatives from inception through completion, developing and executing project plans.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable, data-driven strategies through analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost management, and business performance.
• Facilitate workshops to uncover insights and co-create solutions.
• Lead transformation initiatives that align people, processes, and technology, delivering sustainable business outcomes through change management, organizational development, and workforce enablement.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data, analyses, and business insights into clear, visually compelling narratives that drive stakeholder understanding, alignment, and action.
• Apply structured storytelling techniques to communicate business challenges, key insights, recommendations, and outcomes, tailoring content, messaging, and visualizations to the priorities and decision-making needs of diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Lead digital discovery, vendor evaluation, RFP management, solution sourcing, and implementation oversight.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.

As both a strategic advisor and hands‑on leader, you will translate business objectives into actionable solutions, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable results that improve organizational performance and create lasting value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives that align people, processes, and technology, delivering sustainable business outcomes through change management, organizational development, and workforce enablement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives.
• Proven success leading workstreams and delivering measurable business results in:
  • Process Transformation & Operational Excellence, including process optimization and process playbook development
  • Technology Enablement & Digital Transformation
  • Organizational Change Enablement
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to transform data and insights into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations, tailoring narratives to diverse stakeholder audiences and effectively communicating recommendations with senior executives that drive informed decision‑making and business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required for data analysis, visualization, and executive‑ready presentations; experience with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
• Strong project management and workstream leadership experience, including expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies and proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.
• Flexibility to support client engagements on‑site up to three days per week, typically within the San Diego region.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
