The role of Director in our consulting practice is high-responsibility and high-impact. You will be a thought leader and problem-solver, leading team efforts, liaising with senior leadership, and managing client relationships to ensure impactful project delivery.

Required Experience:

• Extensive consulting experience with a top management consulting firm, particularly in healthcare strategy.
• Leadership in engagements related to strategic planning, growth strategies, M&A, partnerships, and cost strategies within healthcare provider organizations.
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare provider industry, including hospitals, medical centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices.
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics for decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and deliver high-quality results.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, impactful proposals, presentations, and workshops.
• Talent development skills, including attracting, coaching, and building effective teams with a focus on diversity.
• Alignment with our core values: openness, integrity, mission-driven focus, and humility.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly; living near a major airport within the contiguous US is preferred.

  The estimated base salary range is $215,000 - $250,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated between $311,750 - $362,500. Benefits include health coverage and wellness programs. Actual salary will vary based on experience, skills, and market factors. #LI-JD1 #LI-Remote
