Role of a Director

This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role requiring a thought leader and problem-solver to lead team efforts. The Director will liaise with internal leadership and manage client relationships to ensure project success and impact.

Required Experience

• Extensive consulting experience with a top management consulting firm, especially in healthcare strategy.
• Proven success leading engagements in strategic planning, growth strategies, M&A, partnerships, and cost strategies within healthcare providers.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare provider organizations including hospitals, academic medical centers, and physician groups.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting high-impact proposals and presentations and coaching teams effectively.
• Ability to attract, evaluate, and develop talent, fostering diversity and a strong team environment.
• Alignment with our core values: integrity, openness, mission-driven focus, and humility.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly; living near a major airport within the contiguous U.S. is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range is $215,000 - $250,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated between $311,750 - $362,500. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
