Base pay range: $140.00/hr - $140.00/hr

Location and Job Type

Denti-Cal Consultations at various Bay Area locations, including Rotary Way Oral Surgery & Implantology, Vallejo, CA.

Job Type: PRN/1099

Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Dentist to join our Bay Area OSM team two days a week to provide Denti-Cal consultations.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patients' oral health needs, discuss treatment options, and develop treatment plans under the Denti-Cal program.
2. Perform general exams and clarify airway issues.
3. Review x-rays.
4. Discuss procedure risks and anesthesia with patients.
5. Maintain excellent chair-side manner.

Required Qualifications

1. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Degree.
2. Current California dental license.
3. NBDE Board Certification.
4. Willingness to obtain Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal credentials if not already held.
5. Experience with Denti-Cal patients.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to provide patient care under stress.
8. Professional appearance and attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WinOms Software.

Schedule

• 1 to 4 days per week, 9:00am – 3:00pm, schedule may vary.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Stand up to 80% of the time.
• Physical ability to drive, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
