Qualitas Consulting Group LLC is seeking an entry-level Consultant in Overland Park, KS. You will work on real client projects from day one, with mentorship from project leaders and subject matter experts.

This role emphasizes learning, ownership, and immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll build consulting skills through hands-on coaching, participate in client interviews and workshops, and contribute to client deliverables while supporting internal operations.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or motivated graduates pursuing consulting careers.
• Ability to work with clients and project leaders on real projects.
• Detail-oriented and well organized with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Take detailed, clear, action-oriented notes.
• Communicate professionally with clients in-person, via email, phone and on camera.
• Participate in client interviews, workshops, and presentations.
• Coordinate follow-ups and actions between clients and project leaders.
• Initiate client work product with supervision and guidance from project leaders.
• Learn legal technology relevant to active projects (training provided).
• Develop client-facing deliverables and ensure quality control.
• Support internal operations (marketing campaigns, operations, etc.).

About the Role:

As an entry-level Consultant, you'll work on real client projects from day one, partnering with experienced project leaders and subject matter experts to deliver meaningful results. Job Responsibilities:
