Qualitas Consulting is seeking an entry-level Consultant in the United States with a strong interest in business and client services. You will work on real client projects from day one, under the guidance of project leaders, gaining hands-on mentorship and structured coaching to build core consulting skills.

You should be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills for client-facing work.
  • Willingness to learn, be coached, and take ownership.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Take detailed, clear, action-oriented notes.
  • Communicate professionally with clients in-person, via email, phone and on camera.
  • Participate in client interviews, workshops, and presentations.
  • Coordinate follow-ups between clients and project leaders.
  • Initiate client work product with supervision from project leaders.
  • Learn legal technology related to active projects (training provided).
  • Develop client-facing deliverables and perform quality control.
  • Support internal operations such as marketing and operations.

About the Role:

As an entry-level Consultant, you'll work on real client projects from day one, partnering with experienced project leaders and subject matter experts to deliver meaningful results. You'll receive hands-on mentorship, structured coaching, and ongoing feedback as you build core consulting skills, develop confidence in client-facing work, and grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for motivated graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership, and make an immediate impact.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take detailed, clear, action-oriented notes
  • Communicate professionally with clients in-person, via email, phone and on camera

  • Able to initiate client work product with supervision and support from project leaders
  • Become knowledgeable in specific legal technology related to active projects (training will be provided)
  • Develop client-facing deliverables and perform associated quality control
  • Be willing to support internal operations of Qualitas's growing business (marketing campaigns, operations, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, IT, or a related area, or at least 4 years of related work experience
