Job summary

AT&T is seeking Retail Sales Consultants to help customers choose from our latest devices and services, building meaningful connections with personalized sales expertise.

You’ll guide customers through options on the sales floor, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. The role offers a schedule from 9am–9pm including weekends, with training provided if you lack prior sales experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• Maintain flexibility to meet evolving customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
