AT&T in Danville, KY is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver consultative service on our full suite of products, helping customers choose options that fit their needs. You will participate in community events, process online orders, and reach out to potential customers to grow the base.

You will work a 40-hour schedule, including weekends, with the potential for commissions and growth within a fast-paced environment. Training and coaching are provided for all new hires.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll meet sales targets and earn your commission.
