Job summary

AT&T in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using personalized sales expertise and AT&T’s full range of devices and services. You will help customers find solutions, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we offer training to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive spirit.
• Educate customers through product demonstrations to showcase AT&T’s devices and services.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with inventory maintenance and efficiently open/close the store per procedures.
