AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Corbin, KY. You will engage customers with a consultative approach and guide them through device options, plans and services. The role includes handling online orders and outbound calls to grow the customer base.

Expect a 40-hour week, weekend shifts, and ongoing training with uncapped commission opportunities. Prior retail experience is a plus, with support to help you reach and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• No sales experience? Training provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends; 2-week advance seniority-based schedules.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment to meet evolving customer needs.
• Tools, training and coaching provided to help you meet targets.
