AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Danville, KY, to guide customers with a consultative approach and drive sales using our device and service portfolio.

You'll participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers, with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. We offer training and a path to meet ambitious targets in a fast-changing tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided to help meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks' advance seniority-based scheduling.
• This is a fast-paced environment; staying flexible helps you meet evolving tech and customer needs.
