Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Alabaster, AL, to guide customers with a consultative approach and help them choose devices and services that fit their needs. Expect a dynamic environment with shifts 9am–9pm including weekends, and opportunities to grow through coaching and training.

The role offers uncapped commission with a total compensation range from ~$43,300 to $75,000, depending on geography, experience, and performance. Weekly hours total 40.

Qualifications

• Past retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet your goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers with a consultative sales approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2‑week advance visibility of seniority-based shifts.
• Maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment as products and processes evolve.
• Help customers select devices and services to meet their needs and budgets.
