Job summary

AT&T in Joplin, MO is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll support the community with events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers. You’ll work 9am–9pm including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is beneficial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers and help meet and exceed sales goals with provided training.
