Job summary

AT&T in Cape Girardeau, MO, is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right wireless and connectivity options. You’ll use consultative sales on the floor, participate in community events, fill online orders, and place outbound calls.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to work a schedule from 9am–9pm including weekends.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech to meet customer needs.
