AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Kansas City, MO. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, participate in community events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.

Schedule is 9am–9pm including weekends, with seniority-based planning in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and we provide the tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options and close sales.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; 2 weeks advance seniority-based scheduling.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment; stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
