Job summary

AT&T in Madison, WI seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right wireless and device plans using a consultative approach.

You’ll guide options, close sales, and participate in community events while fulfilling online orders and making outbound calls. Training is provided if you lack prior sales experience, and you’ll work a 40-hour week including weekends with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks notice for seniority-based schedules.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission with uncapped opportunities.
