Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is hiring for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will work your own pipeline, conduct discovery conversations, and quote through carrier tools. You’ll chase each case through underwriting and maintain CRM records.

We provide leads, mentorship, and access to 43 carriers to tailor the best fit for clients. Strong self-motivation, a current state life insurance license (or plan to obtain one), and comfort with web-based quoting platforms

Qualifications

• Must have a state life insurance license, or plan to get licensed before your first sale.
• Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently without daily direction.
• Excellent follow-up habits; cases move with attention.
• Experience using CRM tools and online quoting platforms.

What you'll actually do
