You will

Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls, providing general information about our services and connecting clients with the appropriate team for business consultations.

Deliver professional, customer-focused communication via phone and email, ensuring a positive client experience.

Update and maintain customer records to facilitate seamless interactions and efficient service.

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment, handling inquiries with confidence and clarity.

You have

Strong verbal communication and phone skills, with confidence and enthusiasm.

Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while staying organized.

Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable using basic computer applications like Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Bilingual communication is a plus!

Actual compensation will depend on several factors, but the annual average compensation is around

$40,000.
