King Law Offices, PC in North Carolina seeks an Associate Attorney to manage client consultations, court appearances, and comprehensive case management from start to finish.

You will coordinate with a case manager, draft pleadings, research, and deliver high-quality client service while handling a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing with the state bar.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys, case managers, and support staff.
• Courtroom experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client consultations and evaluate potential cases.

• Provide a high level of customer service to clients and ensure an excellent client experience.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Navigate cases from initial consultation through resolution.

Job description

Associate Attorneys begin their day reviewing emails, returning client communications, coordinating with their assigned case manager, and preparing for court or scheduled meetings. The role involves court appearances, case preparation, client consultations, and ongoing case management from start to finish.
