Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a capable technical writer/communications specialist to support management consulting engagements in Washington, DC. You will draft and maintain SOPs, training materials, and guidance documents, and translate complex regulatory information into clear, user-friendly materials.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, 1–3 years in consulting or related field, strong writing skills, and proficient MS Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, communications, technical writing, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience developing presentations, guidance documents, reports, or training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into cohesive deliverables.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.

What You Will Need

  • Experience supporting change management or communications efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
