Job summary

Qvest US, a leading technology and business consultancy, is seeking a driven consultant with a focus on IP and Rights management within Media & Entertainment. You will lead teams, document requirements, test systems, and guide junior staff while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of work experience, 1+ year in a consulting environment, and familiarity with rights management tools. This role involves onsite and hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Media & Entertainment and/or Consumer Products industries.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of system implementation experience.
• 1+ year consulting firm experience preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in content IP and/or Rights in Media & Entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables and iterate until client-ready.
• Document user requirements and meeting notes.
• Test new systems and technologies.
• Guide junior resources in deliverable creation and PMO.
• Provide status updates to your Project Manager and participate in weekly PMO reporting.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to internal growth initiatives including recruitment or methodology enhancements.

• Create deliverables and work closely with your team to iterate until client-ready
• Document user requirements, stakeholder interview notes, and meeting notes
• Test new systems and technologies
• Guide junior resources in deliverable creation and PMO
• Provide status updates to your Project Manager and contribute to weekly reporting & PMO
• Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to internal growth initiatives including recruitment, strategy and/or methodology enhancement
• 2 to 3 years of work experience
• 1+ years consulting firm experience, large consulting firm experience preferred
• 1+ year of system implementation experience
• Subject matter expertise in content IP and/or Rights, especially in the Media & Entertainment space
• Some experience in the following Rights Management areas: Rights management system implementation (e.g., Rightsline, RSG, Mediamorph, FilmTrack, Vistex), Acquisition / production management, Publishing / distribution, licensing, participations, and/or residuals
• Experience with process mapping (e.g., workflow creation, value stream mapping)
• Strong communication skills, written and oral
• Experience excelling in a team environment
• Ability to work on projects with demanding deadlines
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience training system users
• Experience communicating with project stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields

• Experience at a large consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, CapGemini, PWC)

Travel Requirements

Employees are responsible for traveling to and from client sites as required by their project or assignment, regardless of location. Travel may include sites outside the employee's primary office location, state, or region.

Remote & Hybrid Work

While remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, client needs take precedence. Employees are expected to report onsite at the client location when required by the project scope, client request, or management directive.
