Consultant Relations Manager

Storm3 is working with a well-known care navigation benefits company that helps maximize employee benefits while reducing costs and increasing transparency. The company is looking to expand their sales team by hiring an Enterprise Account Executive. The role involves selling enterprise accounts and managing relationships with HR and decision-makers. An ideal candidate has experience selling to HR leaders and decision-makers with 6+ years of experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B/HR Benefits sales in HealthTech
  • Experience working with brokers and consultants in the HealthTech space
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Care navigation experience is a HUGE plus
  • HealthTech experience is required; without it, application will be rejected

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for your region, from outreach to negotiation to closing contracts.
  • Develop new business opportunities via broker channels and direct outreach.
  • Identify and target ideal customers and broker partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with benefit brokers and consultants.
  • Attend industry events and conferences, speaking and presenting regularly.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Operations to support regional success.
  • Salary $120K - $160K Base; $250K OTE (uncapped commission)
  • Commission structure
  • Remote work environment with travel
