Responsibilities:

  • Support Change Strategy Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to help employees adopt new processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to gather input, understand concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the change process.
  • Impact Analysis: Conduct change impact assessments to determine the extent of changes and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Communication & Training Support: Help create and deliver communication materials and training programs that support the transition and enhance end-user adoption.
  • Risk Identification: Assist in identifying resistance to change and propose strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Data Gathering & Reporting: Track and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, providing insights and reports to project teams.
  • Leadership & Team Support: Provide support to project leaders and ensure all team members are informed and aligned on the change objectives.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in OCM, project management, or related roles.
  • Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and facilitating discussions.
  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting change in technology implementations or process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business challenges and support innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support senior consultants.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of strategic planning, business process optimization, and organizational change management.
  • Experience or internship in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace is advantageous.

Percentage of required travel: up to 100%

Physical requirements:

  • This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
