Organizational Change Management Consultant (Project Based Opportunities Only)

Job Level: W2T Consultant

Job Location: United States, Remote

Travel Expectations: Up to 50% on average

Job Classification: Temporary (W2T), Contractor (1099)

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and lead OCM work efforts, including strategic change, technology adoption, and enterprise change management: scope identification, project planning and execution and, monitoring of OCM deliverables.
  • Apply OCM experience applying change enablement techniques and methods around leadership and change vision and metrics, communications and engagement execution, change impact analysis, change readiness, cultural understanding, sustainability plans, and learning.
  • Collaborate and work with diverse Centric and client teams to achieve project and change adoption goals.
  • Manage the people, process, and technology changes occurring within the Client while achieving a project's desired outcomes.
  • Provide strategic solutions to clients in multiple environments and disciplines.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading/implementing Organizational Change Management.
  • Promote impact analysis, learning/training, communications, organizational readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement. This includes experience implementing change as the means of ensuring faster adaptation.
  • Consulting experience required and management consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience leading OCM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, LaMarsh), with the ability to build tailored OCM strategies and plans.
  • Create unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.
