Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking an Oracle Retail MFCS Functional SME with strong Merchandising module experience to support implementation and testing programs across RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM. The role is based in Texas (Irving) with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include end-to-end QA activities (SIT, UAT, regression), test case design for merchandising modules, defect triage, data validation, and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Oracle Retail Merchandising (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).
• QA/Functional SME experience in Oracle Retail programs.
• Experience in QA/testing for SIT/UAT and regression testing.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM).
• Proven experience working as QA or Functional SME in Oracle Retail programs.
• Strong experience in QA/testing for implementation programs (SIT/UAT phases).
• Good understanding of retail business processes (inventory, pricing, invoice matching, sales audit).
• Experience in test case design, defect management, and QA lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/data validation and reconciliation checks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle MFCS (Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service).
• Experience in cloud-based Oracle Retail implementations is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with test automation tools / frameworks is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent.
