Job summary

Emendo Inc. is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee lean manufacturing and project management initiatives for capital projects across client sites in the United States.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on scheduling, risk management, and executive-ready presentations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong data analytics, and proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).

• Proven Leadership experience with small teams
• Experience in project management or lean implementation
• Experience working in a Regulated environment
• Build, update, and monitor detailed schedules for assigned scope areas.
• Align deliverables across Engineering, Automation, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations for assigned scope areas
• Drive day-to-day follow-up on action items, open issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure coordination of interconnected or dependent commissioning and qualification activities
• Maintain accurate project records, dashboards, and provide progress updates.
• Identify emerging risks in scope and scheduling; elevate as needed.
• Act as a central point of contact for the scope area, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions.
