Job summary

EVERSANA Management Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support life sciences client engagements in a fast-paced environment. The role involves conducting primary and secondary research, synthesizing insights, and delivering compelling client materials.

You will work on multiple projects, communicate clearly with clients and teams, and contribute to building strong capabilities within the firm. A strong passion for pharma and biotech is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant concentration with strong academic record.
  • 1+ year of life science consultancy experience on multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead targeted secondary research (desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (interviews with key opinion leaders/insurance payers) with minimal oversight.
  • Synthesize research insights to develop logical and effective client recommendations.
  • Independently run work streams, meet deadlines, and assist junior team members as necessary.
  • Develop high-quality client communications and deliverables (PowerPoint slides, Excel models).
  • Communicate verbal and written information in a clear, concise fashion.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure.
  • Support the development of a high-performance culture.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

  • Travel: Some travel may be required for meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime and/or weekend/evening hours may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant concentration (e.g., business, economics, life sciences, engineering) and a strong academic record
  • Experience and/or Training:
  • 1+ year of experience at a life science consultancy, with experience working on multiple projects and handling associate / analyst-level responsibilities
  • A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Advanced degree from a top-tier institution

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $129,000 to $139,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
